Industry research and a scheme proposal for a watersports centre at the Yangtze estuary, alongside a leisure-boating salon bringing specialists and local authorities together on siting, mix of uses and operating model.
Activations built with the brand and its neighbours in luxury: genuinely qualified high-net-worth guests, layered with private aviation, yachts and island destinations, so VIPs meet the new model and the life around it at the same time.
